We offer a variety of classes in Krav Maga, Combat Fitness and Muay Thai / Kickboxing

Muay Thai & Bag Class

Pour sweat and drop weight while gaining strength, endurance and skills while whailing on our heavy bags! In this class you will not only use punches, kicks, elbows and knees, but you will also be using kettlebells, dumbellls and bodyweight to make a full strength and conditioning circuit that will quickly get you into the best shape of your life!

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

This class is a fitness alternative if Combat Fitness is not your thing. This high intensity class will leave you sweating, breathing hard and shedding the pounds so fast you won't know what happened!

Krav Maga- Level 1&2

Led by Krav Maga Expert Chris Green and the talented Coaches of Invictus, this Self Defense class will teach you the life saving tatics that have been tested and proved over the last 75 years! Used by millions of civilians and thousands of Military and Law Enforcement agencies around the world, Krav Maga is the only self defense system that continuously evolves and improves itself!

We will give you the tools necessary to defend yourself against a wide aray of attacks such as: * Punches and Kicks commonly seen in real life altercations * Grabs and Tackles * Kidnapping Attempts * How to recognize pre-attack behavior with our conflict managment skills * How to protect others from being attacked as well * MORE

In the Level 1&2 class, you will work on the basics of self defense. With consistentcy and dedication, within months you will be eligible to test for our level 1 Tan Belt and achieve your first rank within the Invictus Fighting System or your Level 2 Gray Belt promotion! #BecomeInvictus

Combat Fitness

Combat Strength Training with Instructor Chris Green and the Invictus Coaches!

This perfect blend of Strength, Conditioning and Endurance, using Crossfit Style workouts with the unparalleled strength benefits of Kettlebells, Bodyweight and Mobility. You will be stronger, faster and feel better with every class.

We make sure to hit all the major modalities of fitness. Strength/ Power/ Speed and Quickness/ Hypertrophy/ Balance and Agility. We work with true functional movements and build the body to operate in any and all conditions. Watch, as your strength increases, your flexibility and mobility improves and you feel better in any and all aspects of life!

Invictus Kids (age 6-13)

Invictus Kids (ages 6-13) is our way of introducing kids to self defense, combat sports and fitness through the use of games, drills and exercises taught by Coach Mike. The value of introducing kids to martial arts gives your child confidence, discipline, boosted self esteme, increased physical agility and fitness that will help them strive in all aspects of life.

The Invictus Kids Program will be learning aspects of Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing and Western Boxing. We want to give kids the skills to defend themselves against common threats and a healthy physical outlet that seeks to introduce them to a variety of martial arts.

Our Invictus Kids program runs at the same time as adult dutch kickboxing and fitness classes, giving you, the parent the opportunity to train at the same time as your son or daughter!

Women's Only Class

WOMEN'S ONLY KRAV MAGA AND KICKBOXING

Taught by Apprentice Instructors Debra Criss and Tina Quintal

This 12 week rotating series will take your through the basics of kickboxing: strikes, kicks, defenses and movement; on bags and with partners. We'll also work through Krav Maga defense tactics for the most common attacks facing women. All this in a supportive environment, where beginner through advanced students are encouraged to try new and uncomfortable things. Confidence comes with conquering the uncomfortable!

Note: each Friday of January will be an intro/basics class, with the rotating 12 week curriculum beginning in February.

Use the weight floor or fight floor like any other conventional gym! We will have programmed workouts on the board OR contact Chris for a custom program to meet your fitness goals!
