We offer a variety of classes in Krav Maga, Combat Fitness and Muay Thai / Kickboxing

Krav Maga - All Levels

Krav Maga classes are designed to introduce you to the Krav Maga Global curriculum and give you the skills necessary to defend yourself and others. You will learn how to defend yourself against chokes, punches, kicks, gun threats, knife threats, stick threats, and ground defenses. We will be offering two seminars a month that will introduce various topics such as hostage defense, vehicle defense, third party protection, bar fighting, low light scenarios, and multiple attacker. These seminars are free to members and available to non-members for a fee.

Combat Submission Wrestling

Combat Submission Wrestling, aka Catch Wrestling is an English form of No Gi Jiu Jitsu where you can submit your opponent on the ground using chokes, arm and leg locks and other submissions you'd see in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! This addition will really help you improve your fight game and will give you more tools as you fight both standing and on the ground!

Kickboxing

Get your body moving with this basic Kickboxing workout class. Learn how to throw kickboxing combinations with power, speed and smooth precision. Work up a good sweat and increase your cardio with this high speed and intense striking workout!

Combat Strength

Combat Strength Training with Chris

This perfect blend of Strength, Conditioning and Endurance, using Crossfit Style workouts with the unparalleled strength benefits of Kettlebells, Bodyweight and Mobility. You will be stronger, faster and feel better with every class.

We make sure to hit all the major modalities of fitness. Strength/ Power/ Speed and Quickness/ Hypertrophy/ Balance and Agility. We work with true functional movements and build the body to operate in any and all conditions. Watch, as your strength increases, your flexibility and mobility improves and you feel better in any and all aspects of life!

The weights are FREE to use!

Use the weight floor like any other conventional gym. We will have programmed workouts on the board OR contact Chris for a custom program to meet your fitness goals!
